- Don’t take anything
for granted. Does your
husband always make the coffee?
Thank him. Guys, tell your wife
she looks great. If you give
your spouse a compliment every
day and thank them for the
things they do, you’ll
resentment-proof your
relationship.
- Spend time talking.
Figuring out who’ll
drop the kids at soccer isn’t
communication. But including
those types of conversations,
the average couple spends only
10 minutes talking to each other
every day. So make time to talk
about goals and feelings
everyday and you’ll be ready for
the tough times.

nutritional deficiencies, emotional
stress and aging can wear it down.
And almost HALF of all deaths are
due to infection and other
immune-related problems. Even some
cancers are caused by infectious
organisms that break down the immune
system. So, here are some tips for
keeping your immune system strong.

- Exercise daily.
People who get regular exercise
have greater immune defenses.
- But don’t overdo it!
Exercising more than 2 hours a
day actually strains your body
and causes your immunity to
decline.

How Long Does it Take to Change Your
Life? |
So here’s the
timeline you need to clean up your
act, courtesy of several experts
interviewed by Condé Nast
Publications.
- First, it’s going to
take 21 days of sticking to a
workout routine to make it a
habit. If you can stick
with it for 21 days, there’s a
50% chance that you’ll still be
working out after six months.
And if you stick with it for six
months, there’s another 50
percent chance that it’ll become
a lifelong habit. To boost your
odds of success, you need to
work out four times a week for
the first three weeks. That’s
according to Richard Cotton,
from the American Council on
Exercise. But don’t over-do it.
You’re more likely to succeed if
you don’t try to walk up 60
flights of steps when you can
only do 5.
- If it’s your eating
that needs an overhaul, you need
to stay with a diet plan for six
months to a year to make it
stick. That’s according
to the Baylor Behavioral
Medicine Research Center in
Houston. They say, if you can
change the way you eat for that
long, it’s more likely to become
a lifelong habit. But the most
successful dieters make changes
slowly. So, try making painless
switches – like from whole milk
to low fat milk. But the single
most important thing you can do
is eat breakfast. even if it’s
just yogurt and a banana.
