Creative Cures for your Stress |
I have some creative cures for your
stress. The stress that makes you
tired, tense, worried, or angry.
This comes from Woman’s World
magazine.

We’ll start with anger. The
antidote is: Dancing. A
study done on crime victims
found that dancing helped them
release their pent up anger, and
lowered their stress level. An
added benefit? Dancing has the
same health advantages as
exercise – but since it’s more
fun, it also increases feel good
hormones like serotonin.
